Terms of Service

Education, not credit repair. All programs offered here are educational mentorship and coaching, plus tax-preparation services. Nothing offered repairs, restores, fixes, or changes any personal credit score, report, or record, and no funding outcome is guaranteed.

1. What we provide

We provide educational programs and mentorship on business formation (LLC), how business credit works, funding readiness, financial and credit literacy, and the use of credit-monitoring tools, as well as tax-preparation services. Our programs teach you how things work and help you prepare; they do not act on your behalf to change any personal credit record.

2. No guarantees

Education and mentorship cannot guarantee results. We do not promise any funding approval, loan, credit line, or any change to a personal credit score, report, or record. Your results depend on your own effort, decisions, and circumstances, and on third parties such as lenders and government agencies over whom we have no control.

3. Not professional advice

Our educational content is general information and does not constitute individualized legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Tax-preparation services are performed as described at the time of engagement. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional.

4. Enrollment and payment

Program fees are as quoted at the time of enrollment. The Business Credit & Funding-Readiness Mentorship is $2,500; other programs are quoted after a consult. Payment terms are provided at checkout or in your enrollment agreement.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to do the work the program asks of you, and to make your own decisions. You are responsible for any applications you submit and any actions you take with what you learn.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any funding decision made by a third party.
